Jason in millwork was awesome! He was kind, helpful, patient and efficient. He helped us find what we needed and was able to find everything we needed. We had gone to two previous stores and were so frustrated by how long they took and not having all we needed. Jason has a very good knowledge of how to navigate to find what is needed and was so very patient with us. Thank you Jason for making our shopping experience a great one.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Menards to purchase multiple home improvement items. Your professional staff member Jason Ward was the best help we could have asked for. We had already priced the same items at two other stores that were slow, understaffed, and much more expensive. We will chose Menards in the future due to your staff, product availability, and price.

I shop at Menards a lot , but probably not anytime soon, We purchased a $350.00 item at 9:30 one morning and when we went to use it was junk, it was a gas powered tool, and Menards refused to do anything about it,cause it had gasoline in it and it was only 6 hours later. How else are going to know if it’s going to work if you don’t put gas in it, and the manager that I spoke with was very, very rude. She has no business working in a public place 😖

I find the best deals here! I have to walk around and look for things that have great prices, but I find the most random things here for my house that are significantly less expensive than other places! Plus the mail in rebate is amazing and really easy to use. It's not a rebate for each individual item it's for the entire receipt amount.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. Michelle is a horrible manager and was not helpful in the slightest. She seriously needs to be investigated for how she runs her store. Along with that, the employees are awful, rude, and ignorantly entitled. Embarrassing. If you took the rebates away, no one would shop here. Seriously, do better.
